⚖️ El 12 de diciembre, Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos emitirá su fallo en el caso 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐚́𝐥𝐞𝐳 𝐌𝐞́𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐳 𝐕𝐬. 𝐌𝐞́𝐱𝐢𝐜𝐨, #zapatista desaparecido de manera forzada en 1999 por el 𝙜𝙧𝙪𝙥𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙧 ❞𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙤, 𝙋𝙖𝙯 𝙮 𝙅𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖❞ en Sabanilla, Norte de Chiapas.
Durante casi 26 años, su familia ha exigido justicia, verdad y reparación integral frente a la negación del Estado mexicano, que debe rendir cuentas y dar pasos hacia la justicia histórica por las víctimas de su 𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞 implementada tras el levantamiento del #EZLN. Además, ordenar una investigación seria, diligente y garantizar la reparación integral a las víctimas.
